I would give them 0 stars if i could. Unlike most companies, state farm does not provide the declaration page on their website. Which shouldn’t be a major problem, just a minor inconvenience. So i called them about 4 different times and sent them a message via their secure messaging system on his website and still have not received it. Their customers service is horrible.

Customer service is nonexistent. One rep will tell you one thing and another a completely different story. I signed up for auto pay and after the money was not taken out past the due date I called them, only to find out they had not saved my bank information to withdraw the money. The week after I changed my vehicle in the policy, I received 7 different letters stating different new policy charges. Their excuse was, and always is, the main office must have made a mistake. Really?

If I can put zero stars I will. This is a mess of company. The associates didn’t know what they were doing, they called 4 times for customer service for them to help process and insurance appilication. The service was very bad, the incompetence is the order of the day. They really don’t care about the client. Terrible, really terrible moment. I went out angry and completely dissatisfied. A complete mess of company!
