Let’s be honest, no one gets excited about insurance- we all know it’s one of life’s necessary evils and I’m just SO happy I was referred to Alive Insurance. They make it very painless. I have earthquake, homeowners, and auto insurance policies with Natalie (my Alive broker), and she calls me every year to ask if I want to review my policies, which I do begrudgingly, and sometimes she finds me some money, so I guess it’s worth it!? Anyway, I can tell they place a high importance on customer service which I very much appreciate! Would recommend to fellow bay area-ians.
