Absolutely my worst nightmare in Customer Service and professionalism. He spent over six months preparing simple Tax Returns without any positive feedback from the IRS. This is because he couldn’t simply sit up to complete the job on time. People say he is busy; but in my opinion, he is simply not organized, not disciplined, and dishonest.

He cannot be trusted to do his job. He never answers his phone or messages. He is not a man of his word. He finds a way to collect his pay and starts to avoid you when the job is not done. He is a very bad businessman.

They don’t know how to do their work and lie about working on your paperwork for 2 week,always clam they busy but there’s no one in the office for them to be busy

The staff here is great. I walked in after a friend of mine suggested I go see Desmond to lower my insurance rates. After about an hour in total time I left being able to save over $1000 dollars every year so I’ll definitely be going back for other insurance needs and referring other people since they are so welcoming and considerate.
