After being a loyal customer for years I searched and found a lower rate for all my insurance needs and switched from Allstate. I notified Debbie of my intentions and to stop my coverage. Even after I told them I was leaving they tried to bill my bank account. I stopped payment and Contacted Emily.directly and she said all was good. Today I get a bill from Allstate along with a notice of closing my account to Allstate they are changing 15.00 fee.
Had I realized that’s the way business is done at that office I would have left a long time ago.
Do yourself a favor and check prices, I saved a bunch.

I’ve been an Allstate customer for nearly 20 years and have enjoyed uniformly excellent service. I’ve had auto, renters, home owner, and life insurance products with Allstate. Emily Andrews is my 4th Allstate agent based on my moves around the country. When I moved to Kansas, making the needed changes to my insurance was quick and easy. Emily and her staff were very friendly and proactive about setting up my new policy, and have been diligent in following up to ensure that my insurance meets my changing needs. I might be able to save a few bucks a year by shopping around, but in my experience there’s no substitute for having an insurance agent who knows your name and you know his or hers. Allstate has been there when I needed them, providing prompt policy and claims service as well as good advice in tricky insurance situations. Each of my Allstate agents has earned my business by outstanding customer service. Emily is continuing a long pattern of providing this outstanding service. I not only would recommend her to a friend, I already have.
