I know few people have the option to choose their insurance and even fewer people can afford to build a plan that works well for them so this is more of an FYI. This company WILL NOT work with you on your contraceptive needs. They do not care about the people who hold their plans. They do not care how many adverse side effects you experience with other birth control methods. They will not approve coverage of the option that works for you if they don’t want to pay for it. They will politely tell you when you call to ask that you can fill out this simple form to get coverage, but they will then fight you every step of the way and make it very difficult to get an approval. They Do NOT care about you or what you’re going through because of the.ir archaic policies. It is really awful
