NEVER buy travel insurance with AON they will do literally everything in their power to not issue out your reimbursement claim if you decide to cancel your cruise.

I purchased the AON travel insurance from Carnival for my cruise in case i needed to cancel, which I ended up needing to do.

I cancelled 3 months before my cruise was scheduled to sail and initiated the process with Carnival and AON to receive my future cruise credit.

I kept getting the run around for weeks from both Carnival and AON, each organization would tell me that they couldn’t help me and to call the other organization for a status update.

As of Today 10/6/23 2months later after submitting my claim for my cruise credit. I have only received $16.50 back onto the credit card i used to pay my deposit (from Carnival not AON) when i paid $300 total. $99 of that was for the Insurance package so i do not get this back but im still entitled to getting 75% back of the difference which AON is REFUSING to pay. Me and my travel agent are on the phone with AON who are claiming that they are denying my claim and sent me a denial letter which they never did. I only received 3 emails from them saying that my claim has been processed and to follow up with Carnival to use my future cruise credits.

This whole process has been extremely taxing and i feel like im being given the run around so that ill give up on asking for my credit which im legally entitled too

USELESS ANS SCAM INSURANCE 😡👎 I bought this insurance with Expedia and it’s a useless. Don’t waste your money!!!
