A good insurance agent has to put the needs of his clients first. Good insurance agents could care less about their commissions. All they want is to help people have a better future, a more secure financial situation, and a more stable plan for dealing with those disastrous moments when life goes all wrong. Good agents listen to what their clients have to say, and deliver just the products the client needs, rather than the size of the commissions attached. A good agent also knows when a client may need more than they are asking for, or more than they are willing to realize. Compassion and emotional intelligence – caring for and about people – are essential to being a good insurance agent.

This is NOT that (above paragraph) insurance Agency. I joined this Agency 4 years ago because I explained to Marty and Spencer that I was insurance challenged and had some reading comprehension issues for a much needed role as an agent. Both Spencer and Marty Robbins Agreed to re shop me as much as possible at every term if needed to find the best rate. At some point they lost their care for their customer and Spencer Robbins on the last request for a reshop was “We will not be providing you with any alternative insurance. What you have is the best even though it is too expensive” I had Farmers. I had chronic issues with that website and wanted out so when I had issues Spencer sent me a photo of himself with his phone and his app and Guess what? IT was a Farmers app (Foremost) on his cell phone. So now I know why Spencer refused to be an agent. If you need anything, count on this group of people to abandon you to enrich themselves. They care little to nothing for individual needs or customer service. I tried to get some help from Marty as Spencer refused to have any part of working for the customer. But when Marty had found out about the hateful Email that was sent by Spencer He abandoned the account too and left a huge mess behind. IF you want to trust your insurance agents DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY. This group will help you but their finances will always come before yours in my experience. DO not stay. I got another Agent, And for Renters and Auto I pay $84, instead of the $160 or so that Spencer was making his money on.
