Really good service here. Personnel are very kind and respectful. They take the time to get to know you and your needs. We were long time (life long actually) State Farm customers. It took alot for me to switch, but later I was happy we did. We found out we where very under insured. Deb help us a ton explaining everything to us(sometimes a couple times just so I’d understand) making it clear what and why we needed it. In the end we ended up with more for a little less.

I wrote a short review a couple of years ago. I’m still a satisfied customer today. I refer all of my friends and family to Blackwell insurance. Every agent I’ve worked with is super responsive, helpful, and handles all of my insurance needs as if they were their own. Wayne and all of the agents there know their stuff and they helped me acquire additional insurance and coverage bundled together that came in at a price that was lower than what my Personal Auto was by itself with my previous insurance. Even if the price came in a little higher, I would continue to work with Blackwell Insurance because of the high level of service a d the personal touch they give. Recently I lost my father and I was touched to find the most beautiful arrangement sent from Wayne and associates.
