Used to have a standard full coverage policy for $89. Because I delivered pizzas, had to switch to a ridiculously priced commercial policy.
Called a few few weeks ago to change back as I no longer deliver pizza, and was told commercial was cheaper. No time to debate, so I’ll call back when I get settled in.
Called today, explained the above situation was asked for my name and put on hold. A rude person going by the name of the business gets on the phone. Makes me repeat the whole story, then, asks what I need. I just told you.
Now I am frustrated, didn’t curse or anything unreasonable. Asked him to do his job and find me a policy (no one has bothered to do that today). He tells me I got up on the wrong side of the bed, i should do business elsewhere, and to go back to bed and try again. Then, hangs up on me.
When they are taking your money, they are attentive. When you call for help you are bothering them.
I’ve been with this broker for 20 years with no problems, when it was Bob Brooks; Now as they change their name and the new owner runs the show I am nothing to them. I’ll take his advice and move on, but not before I let all of you know how I was treated.
If you are interested, Bob Brooks is now on Cassatt Avenue. As I am sitting in their office now, they are kind as ever. Chris gave me great advice telling me to go elsewhere, and I recommend Bob Brooks on Cassatt!

Worse insurance company you could ever go with let’s start with I literally got this insurance a month ago. ONE MONTH AGO. With my car paid them 235$ I believe that day then two weeks later they wanted 250$. I paid that. Now two weeks after I have paid them they cancelled my insurance this is the second cancellation letter I have received since I got this insurance they have never reached out to me once about anything I called them two weeks ago no mention of pictures and I was told they anyways send out a cancellation letter when payment due and they ain’t took it yet early. Ok I let that go but I never did get the reinstatement letter they claimed I would. Now two weeks later a month time cancellation for not sending in pics after you swindled me out of 500$. Without even giving me more then a month coverage. I knew I shouldn’t of trusted this company and all during a pandemic not one email call or anything asking for pics not even a letter so I could send them in just completely played me out of my money and left with no insurance. I’m going to see what I can do about this cause this is wrong and I didn’t get coverage for the time I was supposed to even be insured. Don’t trust this company. They clearly don’t care about anything but a dollar it did not take close to 500$ for a month of coverage I should of just paid that petty extra 35$ to progressive and had real coverage with a real reputable company smh my fault luckily I can get insurance with someone else I will not give you guys anymore money to do anything you cannot be trusted and will only play someone out the next dollar possible I’m reporting this too cause I feel something isn’t right about this practice especially during this pandemic to do such a thing yea I’ll find where to get this heard at.
