Very sweet and kind on the phone. I wanted to move my out of state policies to Bob’s office and add a home owners policy. It all seemed smooth and easy. 10 days after the first call, I had heard nothing and called to confirm. I was told everything was in place. I gave them contact info for our mortgage lender and was told they would contact the lender and get the ball rolling on the home owners policy. Again I heard nothing. Our closing date got moved up and I needed the policy NOW. I got no response from leaving a voicemail or sending an email on a Friday. I had called on an earlier friday and also could not get through – on their website they show they have short hours but are open on Fridays.

Another local agent was able to move our policies and create a homeowners policy in one morning. Without that we would have had to change our closing date. We were also told that Bob’s office had not moved the policies despite their confirmation of doing so.
