I have been with Boise river insurance for two years now. They broker insurance and find the best company that is a good fit for your needs. My renewal just came out and there was a very significant increase in my home owner policy cost. I contacted Tony Breeden at their office and expressed my concerns. I mentioned that I would like them to shop around and see what they can find for me. I checked with other insurance brokers in my area also. Their service does not compare to what Tony did for me. Tony was nothing short of amazing. He was very thorough, patient, and friendly. I asked many questions and got great answers to them. Tony was extremely responsive and professional. He ended up saving me around $1,000 on my policies for the year. I would highly recommend working with Tony when you contact Boise river insurance.

Loretta is unprofessional and insulted me. My rates were raised when another driver hit me and his insurance found him 100 percent at fault and paid 100 percent of the claim. She gave me a glib comment that I couldn’t afford a new car stating, “well, you can’t afford a new car.” (her justification for the higher rates) when in fact they raised my rates to insure my car which was new when I bought it and now used. It should cost less to insure a used car than a new car, not more. She then promised she would try to find a better rate and email and instead texted me on a Friday night after hours interrupting my dinner without even identifying who she was. Very unprofessional agent and agency. I’ve moved on. I never made a claim on my car or homes and they never did anything for me but constantly raise my rates and collect commissions. Don’t waste your time with them.

I really appreciate how helpful and responsive this team is. Tony has helped me out tremendously with the normal sign up routine and with every last minute curveball I’ve thrown him. He even helped me with a last minute complex change on a Friday night without even a complaint. Highly recommend them!

Here is their M.O., just deny responsibility and never answer the phone or emails. I’ve called dozens of times and emailed their president. All over someone hitting me while in my parked truck. Hope karma does it’s thing. I will continue fighting. I have the time and money, but many won’t.
