Made an appt to speak with a representative in person and ended up sitting down with Kat Eaton. She’s helped me a number of times over the phone and did not disappoint this time. I wanted to review all of my policies and add a car for my son. She took the time to review my other three vehicles one by one, found some ways to save me on premiums, and got my new car added in a very efficient, thorough, and friendly manner. A huge help as I thought the fourth car was going to “break the bank,” but we ended up saving on several vehicles that helped to offset the new one for the most part.
