After my home was 40% demolished during Tornadoes the eve of Hurricane Ian was a horrific ordeal to live through but the aftermath was even more tragic. Between picking up the pieces dealing with vendors, insurance, moving out while your home is in shambles, dealing with it ALL was nothing short of a NIGHTMARE, right down to the last day of restoration (20months later). Keribel A. Samuel was the BEST part of the ENTIRE PROCESS!!!! Employees like Keribel A. Samuel are what make companies great! RETAIN clients and keep firms RUNNING accurately. Keribel A. Samuel, was the very last part of the 20 month puzzle but stuck out! He was responsive, followed up, was through, went above and beyond to give me the CLIENT EXPERIENCE!!
