Justin Thompson has been my insurance agent for many many years-both home and car. I refer everyone I know to him. He is extremely quick to respond, stays after hours to help, and will bend over backwards to make sure you’re in the right insurance for your needs. He is also one of the few agents that will take the time to pull mulitple quotes, explain the good/challenges of each company, and answer any questions you have about each one. The insurance industry is challenging, and Justin’s knowledge is second to none. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Justin for any insurance needs.

My experience with Brightway was the worst part of purchasing a home! Justin routinely took several days/weeks to respond, promised to be available on a Tuesday evening – then disappeared, and our closing ended up being delayed. After getting extra inspections and finally closing on our home, our insurance was cancelled the next month. We tried to get insurance again with Justin, but after only getting two responses in 3 weeks, we went elsewhere and had a policy within a few days. We’re still waiting on Justin to call us back with a quote (one month since our insurance was cancelled and counting). If we had waited for him, we would be uninsured right now.

I was recommended to go through these guys by our realtor because we were moving cross country and didn’t know who to use for insurance. From day one they have been a pain to deal with. It is literally impossible to speak to anyone at this office, and getting responses through email usually take days. Quotes for anything are done through an email, they just send you a quote or two and you either like it or not. Seems a bit sketch as they can just sign you up for whoever gives them a bigger kickback, not actually saving you any money. There are better choices out there for insurance.
