Used to be excellent service. In the last 2 years, staff changes and pandemic may have been an issue, but the staff changes have made it hard to get in touch directly with an agent.. in my last 2 renewals, when asked for a reshop of my policies, they let the policies lapse where I had no choice but to pay what the renewals higher prices are. Not even a call back. I’ve been with brightway for a long time. May be time to shop for a new agent.

I am highly disappointed by the way this insurance company handles customers. First off, I had the worst and most unprofessional experience with Helen I have ever experienced with anyone. When I reached out to the owner, Hasan Mehedi, to express my concerns and deal with the situation, he never returned the call! I called Hasan 3 times, left messages with his staff, including Jessica, who l left the last message with and I am still waiting for his call. This is now day # 3 and I am still waiting. I will not recommend this insurance company to anyone, as they have proven not to be a reliable company that cares about their customers and highly unprofessional staff and management. I give this company a 1 star review for unprofessionalism, and the lack of care for customers.
