Best customer service in the insurance industry by FAR! I have had some issues with other Allstate agents – the first nearly let my policy cancel and the other was non-responsive. I met Wyndee through my work and found her to be very personable and was impressed by her follow through. So, when I decided to move brokers again, I called her. As usual, she was super friendly, helpful, and brought Misty in to help me. That experience was by far the best of any insurance shopping I have had. She gave me great recommendations and truly customized a plan that was perfect for me. She suggested an auto policy that no one else had presented which will save me a lot of money each year. On top of it – she is also super friendly and responsive. I cannot say enough positive things about Misty and Wyndee. Very grateful to have them watching over my policies. Highly recommend.
