Good morning and what nice weather 10/25/22. It is such a pleasure currently when someone in the Service Industry maintains their professionalism and goes beyond the call of duty without being asked. Leigh Dillard fits this bill as I had a windshield issue 10/24/22 after just having the windshield replaced ten days past. I was told by the replacement company at 3:00; Well our agent is done for the day and he will call you tomorrow at 9:00 to possibly work you into his two hour window. This was after the individual mentioned that Thursday 10/27/22 might work for them
Interesting as I like, I am sure Leigh carry work home every night till at least 7 and field calls most of the time. Without going further Leigh made a few calls and had the repair gentleman at my residence by 4:30 10/24/22. I want to say “Thank you” to such a kind person and to Leigh for caring and making things happen. Keep doing what you are doing Leigh as in this environment today you easily standout! I have had my insurance with the Brown Insurance Group for decades, and in a world where customer service is spotty and you can never count on things, they are shining stars! From a car accident I had twenty years ago, to my teen daughter’s car insurance madness, to homeowners insurance for my late mother’s unoccupied house while it was prepared for sale, to twenty years of renters’ insurance and nutty landlords, they’ve been here for us. Leigh Dillard in particular is a treasure. If I could give ten stars out of five, I would. When I buy a house in the near future, you can bet my one and only call for homeowner’s insurance will be to Leigh. The Brown Insurance Group has your back. I recommend them to everyone.

Sandi has taken care of my insurance for I think over 20 years! She is absolutely amazing! I literally never have to think about anything for insurance, because she just takes care of it all. When I bought my first home, I realized that I needed to update the address on my completely separate car policy, and it turned out she had already done it for me! I literally have never bothered to shop my insurance because I know from hearing stories from friends that I would not find anyone in this area with better service. I truly cannot imagine anything she could do to get a higher recommendation from me, other than maybe if my insurance could be free 😂. Truly, Sandi is the kindest, best agent around, who truly cares about her customers (and their dogs, in my case 😊).
