Very incredibly awesome. I have been having a hard time dealing with sr22 for my 1st time. Shame on me. But in the beginning it was tough disputing false data through third parties, claiming I had 2 DUI and in fact I have only 1. It’s not something to be proud of, I’m not. But ever since, I have been racked up with financial responsibilities. The last thing I needed was to pay twice as much on false data.
Jules took the TIME AND MORE IMPORTANTLY, THE BEAUTIFUL EFFORT TO HELP MY SITUATION. She indeed guided me and HELPED me correct this burdening issue. My rate went down with this much needed correction.
Great staff, great service. I highly recommend giving Budget Insurance a chance.

The most unresponsive business I have ever dealt with. It took me several attempts to actually speak with Dave. After speaking with him a couple of times, I think I’m finally on my way to being insured. He first requests that I come in so he can get pics of my vehicle, which I’ve NEVER had to do for insurance. I remind him I work and they don’t have great hours since there are zero options for coming by on the weekend. He tells me I can just send photos and call them back. Well I didn’t call them back because every time I’ve called, no one answers.

Nevertheless, I send the photos and just ask that he returns my call upon receipt. Well, those photos were sent June 14th and to date, June 20th, no call back. Looks like they don’t want business. So after talking to another provider, I was able to solidify auto insurance in about a day.

Budget, you all really should do a better job with customer service and responding to customers. I will say, this has been my worst interaction with a business since arriving to Des Moines.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I called them in the morning and within an hour they called me back with my quote and an hour later I had insurance. I could have paid on the phone. However, I stop by and paid in cash in person so I could pick up my insurance card. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I have used budget insurance most of my driving life and never been disappointed.
