Had a total loss on a brand new truck, no fault due to weather conditions but we were rear ended
These guys decide it’s reasonable to pay the cash applied price to the total bill of sale and omit the trade in value for our previous truck which was more than half the actual value of the truck.
When confronted Jim literally said “nothing I can do, that’s the deal”. Piss poor excuse of a business model, horrible job representing the small guy and I strongly suggest avoiding this company at all costs. $28,000 reasons why.
