Our agent, Emma M. had a busy week this week, just with our insured vehicles. We called to verify the rates on our policy and home. Emma saved us some money! However, the next day, we decided to buy a new vehicle. So, we called and Emma helped us get the old vehicle off the policy and a new one on, shared the cards with the car dealer and we were all set! Or so we thought… Another vehicle went into the garage for an oil change, and we discovered that there was wicked rust… and had to send the vehicle to salvage… and call Emma again for the fourth time this week! She was bright, cheery and helped up out again, saving us some money along the way. I recommend CV Mason, and be sure to ask for Emma! She’s awesome!

I would highly recommend CV Mason as your insurance agent. They were knowledgeable, personable and very helpful finding me affordable insurance. My previous insurance company told me to go online and do it myself, and to reach them was a nightmare. I would have thought we would be able to get better rates with an insurance agency. Our rates have been increasing and increasing each year. We finally decided to just search in our own. For similar coverage, we found a quote for over $500 less. Why have an agent if they cost me more money?
