I was referred to Paul when I had a unique insurance situation. Unfortunately, none of the companies he works with had what I needed, but Paul took it on himself to do some research and get me pointed in the right direction, even though the right direction happened to be with one of his competitors. A really honest, stand up move that absolutely garnered my respect.

Paul went so far as to follow up with me to see if I had been taken care of, and also asked me certain questions so that he could improve his own knowledge in the areas I was asking about.

I was always happy with my insurance until I actually needed to submit a claim. Long story short, my car was hit/totaled in my driveway in the late evening while parked at home. This is where the nightmare began. When I somehow was responsible for $3,000 even though I wasn’t even in my car, we fought with claims for days to get that gap lowered (even though why should I pay anything while now I’m car-less, no money for a down payment, and don’t even qualify for a new loan…) so we called Paul because the adjusters/mangers etc. were so rude and uncaring when speaking with them. Here’s my problem, he heard our voicemail and sent it over for someone from claims to call me back. He doesn’t care enough about your business to return your phone call so go somewhere that does. You know who called and asked “are you okay?” THE OTHER INSURANCE COMPANY. It’s unfortunate because I don’t like to leave bad reviews, especially since he was referred to me by my cousin who does a lot of business with this man, but seriously? I bundled my home & auto, but after this nightmare, they have lost my business. And I got an almost $100 cheaper rate per month going elsewhere so seriously don’t waste your time & heartache. I lost my car I loved, thousands of dollars, and gave a huge mess in my yard to clean full of glass & car pieces. They’re so unhelpful.

It’s sad that I felt like my own insurance company who I pay to protect me in these types of situations was more against me than the other drivers insurance was.The other insurance company called and told me ways to talk to my insurance company to help get me more money. These people don’t care about you. I feel much more confident that I made the switch, and I’m saving hundreds of dollars!

Edit to add: that is correct, but originally, you tried to screw me out of $3,000. I had to argue several things on my vehicle to increase the value. Why should I have to do that? I would think you would want to help me as much as possible seeing as I was obviously not at fault.

The note that was left is not accurate but I guess you would know that if you cared enough to look into the situation. I have young children too, and still have answered countless phone calls from the rude people on your end who use phrases such as “first of all.. second of all” when I call to ask questions. Unprofessional. Again, like I said I had no issues with your agency until I actually needed to submit a claim, which I’m sure all these 5 start reviews haven’t had to do. Your response shows your company’s character, making me out to be the bad guy when my car was hit in my driveway, and your original cash offer was missing several features on my vehicle and far below the average selling price. I always take the time to give someone the credit they deserve, because more often then not it’s the client’s that do not here everything they want to hear that write negative things. So great job Alison you are a true professional.
To the 2 people who wrote negative reviews, you are taking it out on the wrong people. Learned a long time ago, you can’t overcome stupidity though!
