Unprofessional. I have been a client for over a decade and was recommended to agent by agent’s son. After a disagreement with the son, my agent was increasingly rude and brusk in any communication. When I sought quotes for an updated policy, agent’s only reply was that my policy was cancelled effective immediately. No offer to help find replacement coverage. Given how my agent talks, I’d be shocked if the whole office doesn’t know this happened and why. Two stars because before the pettiness started it was a fair price.
