We have been with Capital Insurance for 2 years now. We use Capital Insurance for our homes, vehicles, and businesses through Erie insurance.
Customer service is key and they have provided every need I have had with care setting me up with the best coverage. The only issue I have is that we seem to end up talking to several different agents in the course of an event that comes up, and their agents don’t seem to stay very long with the company. It would be easier to deal with one person only, for a longer length of time.
