The two times I have had to call Capstone I got Melissa. Let me tell you, she is AWESOME! I love how honest she is, knowledgeable, and down to earth. She helped me add my new vehicle to my policy, and sent over everything I needed to be street legal quickly. I even had some other questions regarding my policy and she answered them with great advice. The thing that I think sets Melissa apart from others is just how personable she is.
