The difference between Allstate and another provider that we shopped is the simplified and straightforward process. Both Carson and his staff are rude, disrespectful and unable to take responsibility when they screw up. In the typical fashion of the younger generation, he likes to pass the buck, place blame and call names when I pointed out that his staff was incorrect on something. I will never do bussiness with his office and I will never recommend his office either. I know that his office is independently owned, but if possible, I am going to try and locate a regional manager to take my issues up with.
