There were so many issues I had with Chad’s office that if I wrote it all, this would be a novel. I’m going to touch some of the issues I had with Chad’s office. Chad was recommended to me by a close friend. He was able to reduce my rates and provide better coverage when I joined. Things were good for several months then we had to make a claim. We called into the office and spoke to one of Chad’s representatives. They provided us with incorrect information and it made the process very difficult. We then purchased a new car and sold our old car. We called in to get the new vehicle insured and take the insurance off the old car. The representative from Chad’s office didn’t give us the correct quote, due to making the new car it’s own policy and not bundling things with other vehicles and home. They then placed the new vehicle on it’s own payment instead of adding it with the automatic payments with everything else. They also created other issues. I talked directly to Chad about the issues I had with his rep’s and he informed me that he was having issues with high turnover of employee’s. I informed him if I have any issues in the future, I want to only work with him to make sure things are done correctly. Chad informed me this wouldn’t be an issue. I had issues month’s later, reached out to Chad and never could get in contact with him. I would leave messages with his team and I would never here from Chad. I had other issues where my insurance was dropped on one of my vehicles, which I was not aware of until I went to get my plates renewed. Tried to contact Chad about this and he was MIA. I finally got in contact with Chad and advised him of my dissatisfaction with the service I was receiving. I was professional when I express my dissatisfaction with Chad and his team. Chad told me ” I have over 4,000 clients and don’t have time to call everyone of them when they have a problem.” Chad is not professional, was very rude and didn’t seem to care about our issues. I would not recommend his office.

I was with State Farm for 20 years. My previous agent was great and we had no issues with anything during our time with him. Unfortunately his clients were passed on to Chad Carlisle and had constant issues at that point. I couldn’t even get them to call me back about adding a policy, but the breaking point was constantly changing my policy, asking me to sign something decreasing my coverage at least once every 2 months over the last year, just to receive a bill that was $200 higher than the previous month (nothing changed, no accidents and no claims). Waited over a week for them to fix it so I could pay my bill (they assured me this would happen) and nothing was done. Left me zero choice but to move on. The lack of caring for their long term customers is disturbing. Not once to Chad reach out to me himself. Happy to be moving on!
