I have had Geico for a few years but recently my house burned down among other things and in today’s world, we all need to find ways to cut costs, so i called this location near me to ask if they’re were any discounts or additional savings i might qualify for…. and Shawn picked up. He was amazing…a very peaceful, relaxing, low key person but extremely extremely proactive and helpful on my behalf. I initially wondered if being AAA & AARP members might help and he said no… they don’t offer discounts for those however very quickly he suggested a few ways I might save by doing removing things like roadside service which I already have through my credit union and they’d AAA and the other discount as more for people without health insurance and I have it, so he quickly, simply, and easily found a more than 25% of those which lowered my bill almost $35 a month. My policy is for only one vehicle so it’s not complicated. I. So very very very appreciative. Thank you Shawn. Not to mention he was just an all round pleasant, extremely professional, and super helpful person. So I thank you Shawn…. I TRULY appreciate your help today. I wanted to leave this review and I couldn’t doggie it out and so I caked back and he quickly helped me. Sooo nice. These great customer service moments that are so positive are not as common as they used to be and I have never appreciated them more than in this post covid world.

I want to file a customer compaint against Isaac from Tucson Arizona office. He is the most unprofessional and judgmental again I have ever talked to. He sneered on all my questions and didn’t made it seem like I was wasting his time. He said “You need to hurry up because I need to take care of other customers”. I told him I don’t like how you are giving me an attitude. He replied “Sorry I didn’t mean to give you an attitude. I just don’t understand why you would won’t hurry up after I gave you the numbers.” I honestly called planning to proceed with whatever quote they were gonna give me. But it’s his attitude that made me decide to not. I hope you guys will give your employees better training and perhaps not hire people who are arrogant and judgemental.

Hate Geico. Most inconvenient trash insurance I’ve never had. They like to refer you to their third party junk apps . Or they like to refer you to their automated system 100x. Well if car insurance is too much work for y’all, y’all should sell your business to someone who knows what they’re doing

Always been an outstanding place for a lot of things. My last trip I had a run in with someone who appeared to be a new employee. I’ve gone to both stores for over 20 years and never heard a cross word from anyone there, except a week ago. She thought I was “nasty”. Little girl had no idea what nasty is…she was nasty. Her manager was called and I will never go in there again. I drove to store on ina at Ina and – I-10.
Where I will continue to frequent.
