After recently moving to the area from NJ, I needed to get car and motorcycle insurance. I chose Hooks because it was very close, and I already had a policy with Allstate. I called and left a message, and they got back to me within minutes. Monica was terrific. She listened to my needs and was very knowledgeable. She explained everything in detail, and even educated me on some insurance things I didn’t know. She was very patient and answered all my questions either through email or phone calls. I couldn’t have been happier with my experience at Hooks. I highly recommend if you are in the WPB area.

Since Richard retired, I’m noticing a trend. I’ve made two calls and left messages… with no return calls re: my auto policy pricing. It’s time to move on, from both this agency and Allstate. Premiums keep going up and up – and no effort on their part has been made to keep me as a customer of 22 years.

I’ve always gotten a policy from other companies and an insurance card but I notice Allstate hasn’t provided these items, seems like I just get credit card deductions with nothing showing me my annual policy amount or coverage plus you haven’t an insurance card to carry unless you have a printer and print it yourself, this has been disappointing. I have a 4 cylinder vehicle and have only put 11000 miles on it in 5 years and have never had a ticket or accident but the only thing I have from Allstate is my deductions from my credit card.
