My mom had storm damage and they assigned the claim to someone who disappeared after providing a report. No follow up, no questions answered, nothing.
They also sent me a letter saying they had undercharged me for my homeowner’s insurance and that they were now going to have to charge me more. Avoid this idiot and Allstate.

They have since moved their office about 45minutes from the location I signed up at – from King to Greensboro. When I needed to remove a driver from my policy, I called, and the woman said she would take care of it right away, but on the next bill, the driver was still there. I found out they had an issue, but they never followed up with me. I ended up resolving it myself through Allstate’s website directly. Remember that Allstate Insurance Agency is not the same as Allstate Insurance Company. It’s easier to deal directly with the insurance company than with the Agency but they still get commission even though they’re no longer around or handling issues correctly.
