My liability insurance on a 2008 Dodge Ram has been $96 which was originally $52. I switched to State Farm today and its only $26. I asked why it was so high in the first place and was told thats how its been recently for all auto insurance….apparently not.

Girls in the office are very rude. On my last and worst encounter that caused me to switch to a competitor, I came to their offices to make a payment in my work uniform during my lunch hour and she openly insulted my place of business. I loved allstate but will never do business with the Portillo Agency again. Several bad experiences and I looked elsewhere. Saving 700 dollars every 6 months for comparable insurance as well.

Very easy to add or delete a vehicle online. Agent contact has been very good. My only suggestion would be for the company when an agent leaves, give the policy holder the opportunity to select another agent. One closer to their home.

HORIBLE !!! Mrs. Portillo seems to have an issue with returning calls. We decided to call the 800 number to get my issue resolved, which Portillo office lied to me about several times. Not sure why they just did not file the paperwork but, lesson learned. We cancelled our policy and went with a competitor which is 300.00 cheaper.
