1 star minus 10! Horrible!!! Liars!!! I found new insurance and canceled Liberty Mutual. They owed me a large refund and said it would take 3-5 business days. After not receiving in 6 business days, I called again and was told I would get it in the next 3 business days. Still did not receive it and called back again. Now they are telling me they have not even processed my refund and will do it “tomorrow” and it will take 3-5 business days to show in my account. They are quick to take the payment but won’t give it back. Terrible insurance company, they spend all of their money on dumb ads and incompetent employees!

My Dad always told me that your insurance was only as good as your agent. Well, if you are looking at Jimmy to be your agent, you have someone that will work for you. I met Jimmy in the workplace and from the minute I met him, I was impressed. These days, it can be hard to find someone with character and integrity, but Jimmy has these. His compassion and kindness for people show in the work he does for his clients.

Lee was absolutely awesome! I didn’t have to do anything, he took care of it all. He got me LOWEST rates in a bundle deal! Definitely use him if you are searching for lower rates for your insurance. I had no long phone calls throughout the processes as well! He saved me a ton of time! Would recommend him to everyone!
