The absolute worst insurance company you could ever deal with. We had them 3 years for home and auto and no accidents or claims and every single year it increased ridiculous amounts. After canceling and giving adequate notice they send us a collection notice saying WE OWE money when our bills were always drafted out. Spoke to someone several times who claimed they would send to finance to fix and a supervisor would call back only to receive a collection notice by MAIL that it would hit our credit. They could care less about their customers only want to try to sneak whatever fees and money they can. Still have 0 explanation as to why we supposedly owe this money as our policy year ended in February and we transferred the same exact month to the new company. Save yourself the headache and call Statefarm! We pay over $1000 LESS a year between our home and auto and they are amazing to work with!!

Mike is very detailed and quick to respond.

We were in the market to have a top grade insurance company (A++/A+) to take over our home and auto, without compromising quality and ease of use if something were to happen.

I canceled my policy a month and a half ago and I have been charged twice since then. Liberty mutual has $406 that belongs to me. I was charged twice in one month for a policy I had canceled and now they are telling me I won’t get my money until NEXT WEEK!!! WORST COMPANY EVER! Nick H. on the resolution team was not helpful at all and was the most uncompassionate robot I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking with. I would not recommend liberty mutual to my worst enemy. For insurance needs I would recommend you going literally ANYWHERE else!
