Walked in and there were 2 people immediately to my left, another 2 people towards the back, and 1 other employee who was helping the only customer besides myself. The 2 people to my left looked at me and then continued with their conversation. They weren’t looking at a computer screen and their body language suggested that it was a casual, non-work related conversation. After a minute they asked if I needed help. I told them that I was there for fingerprints for employment. They told me to have a seat and someone would help me. They then went back to talking amongst themselves. After about 5 minutes another customer came in with her son. Same thing; have a seat. A few minutes later another gentleman walks in. Now they decide it’s time to actually help someone. One of the ladies who was towards the back when I walked in, got up and came to assist me while the 2 chit-chatters helped the other 2 customers. I realize that maybe the chit-chatters weren’t responsible for my needs, but the lady helping me mentioned that she hadn’t done the task before and chit-chatter number 1 was giving her verbal directions from across the room, so she was obviously able to help me if she wanted to. And since there was no one else waiting when I arrived, she could have taken care of me before the next customer even came in.
On the positive side, the lady who helped me was very nice.

I called ahead of time to make sure I had everything in line to get what I needed only to be turned away by excuse after excuse after excuse. I don’t know if she didn’t like me, trust me or was just on a power trip but I went right after to their office on SW 44th and was done in 5 minutes.

I liked how friendly the gentleman was that took my payment. But I went into the wrong door which was the tag agency. So remember its the second door or entrance when you come around from the back parking lot. It gets pretty busy and parking can get a lil crazy so keep an eye out for that.
