BEWARE – David has been a very poor communicator throughout our very short relationship. When you call to ask him to cancel insurance on a sold vehicle, he “forgets to do that”, then he sends you bills for insuring cars you no longer own. The last interaction David and I had, he told me that cancelling the insurance on my vehicle that I sold would not result in any extra cost. I JUST received a collection notice in the mail. No phone call, no email, NOTHING. Just a collection notice. STAY AWAY from David Worden of American Family Insurance. Hey David, maybe this review will prompt at least a phone call? – I doubt it.

His emails consist of texting lingo, cuss words, and terrible grammar. Some of the subject lines of emails he’s written to me are, “Molly???” and “Please reply..”. It sounds creepy and stalkerish. (Fyi, I did reply to him but he kept sending the emails.). Please choose a different agent than him.

I emailed David by mistake (my condo association gave me his email accidentally) and he sent a rude, unprofessional reply. I emailed him back and apologized, and he again replied with a rude email. I can’t fathom how this man works with the public.
