Deb Childs is completely negligent in her handling of policies. She lied to me on the phone and told me my policy was paid in full and up to date. I received a letter saying it was going to be terminated and she told me it was a duplicate billing and that she would take care of it. In fact, I even got a refund for over-payment. Two months later, I got another notice saying my policy was officially terminated. I called the office and spoke to John Nisely, who told me he would handle it and even acknowledged that Deb is negligent in returning phone calls and emails. Two weeks later, I finally got an email from Deb saying that the policy was cancelled. I requested follow up, and not surprisingly, still have not heard from her. I am filing complaints with the BBB, state attorney general, and IDOI.

Always friendly people. I’ve been with them at least 11 years. No long waits.
Small parking lot, But I’ve never seen it full…usually only one or two vehicles in it. I like receiving hard paper copy receipts, instead of carbon receipts. You get discounts for your home, one or two vehicles, good driving record, which adds up to a good amount! And Deb Childs drive way empties into Douglas Road, which is very easy to come into or leave fairly quickly most of the time!
