Paid for my policy for all 3 cars in full upon sign up. Just found out my policy was not set up for auto renewal and I have been without insurance for 3 months. When I called Don to address this issue his response was “You need to take personal responsibility for your policy.” I was under the impression that when I hire an insurance company to take care of my insurance needs that is what they are hired to do. Don did not care about continuing business with me. The projected impression from Don was I got paid and it is up to you to maintain your own policy. Avoid Don’s insurance policy at all cost because if you ever get into an accident you will then find out you don’t have an insurance policy. Thank You Don for the great customer service.
