My Condo association uses this agent and in order to get something changed on my personal policy my insurance company requested a letter of no loss from the HOA/their insurance agent. Erin Bergeron was the one the assignment was passed to after everyone else didn’t know what to do and she just stopped responding to my emails and said well the HOA has to do it and the HOA said the agent has to do it so in the end I did not receive the letter I requested. Very poor service. I would never hire them as my own agent and will encourage everyone I know to stay away unless they want an agent who does nothing and passes the blame to someone else.
