My most recent contact with Suzanne at your office was a great experience. I had drawn a comparison with recent calls placed which were answered be distant remote locations or routing by an automated recording to individuals who lacked the cognitive status to either respond or ascertain a response to my inquiries.

Just bought my first car! Jacky was such a great representative. He was respectful, efficient, and helpful. Jacky was so kind to explain all the details to myself and my family regarding buying insurance for my first car! I’m so grateful he was able to explain things effortlessly to my family in Chinese since my mother doesn’t speak English.
