I haven’t had to contact American Family Insurance often (fortunately, I think that’s a good thing), but whenever I have needed to, Denise at AFI Ehlinger & Associates has always been a great help. I needed some help a little while ago to take care of a proof of insurance ticket, and she was really easy to work with, and faxed over documents where needed without any hassle. And just now I needed to switch my insurance over to my new car, and she took care of that no problems as well. Super quick, super friendly, highly recommend!
