Erie insurance adjuster completely denied for any-“Hail OR Wind” damage that my contractor marked. It is funny that for last 13-14 YEARS I paid this insurance without having any single claim for anything. I have first time this claim but the adjuster shreds it off. I did mention about 2 trees that we took off because branches fell during bad weather/storms on roof and hit sidings. I did show the marks that what you are saying overtime wear- tear it actually happened in front of our eyes, we experienced the shaking house, we were so scared that we had to take down the trees (this is my first house I just got last year, it was painted and no dent I saw when buying). We just threw some seeds on the space which still is clearly visible. He asked me to send tree photo if there was, well the house was listed with it we have so far spent only 1 winter in it. I sent the tree photos(thankfully I have few) to the email I was given.It’s been over 2 weeks, have not heard a single word. Very DISAPPOINTED. How could it be possible that my neighbors + other people I know in area had same year built house, same material sidings from a different insurance got approved for roof, sidings and windows??? All my vehicles, rental and since last year home- everything I have through this insurance for last 13-14 year UNFORTUNATELY(Never Claimed anything). I used to have that same other insurance before erie. Now, people made fun that this is the result of cheap insurance you have. I don’t want any of my family, extended family, friends or my work place customers to have this insurance with this experience. Even the marks that happened in front of my eyes- adjuster said it’s over the time wear n tear….Lies…I don’t want any star to give but-“POST” ISN’T populating. Sorry

I was hit by a driver with Erie Insurance. After I filed the claim I was contacted one time. 5 months have now passed and I’ve left 4 voicemails and sent countless emails with ZERO response. All I’m requesting is an update, not even a resolution. Meanwhile I’m continuing to drive a damaged vehicle every single day. I will make sure all family and friends never consider this insurance carrier in the future.

Terrible experience! I have multiple insurance with them believing they do the best prices and service …this is not true .
later on I tried to cancel my policy 3 times by calling costumer service , customer service send an e-mails to their agent whose busy not answering the phone or getting back to me .. I called another agent they spend half an hour then they didn’t come back to me .
I explained the customer server how frustrated with their service and I need them to tell that to the manager or owner …. They only took my phone number and nothing positive happened.
and 2 payments of $553 took out of my account with out my approve , even with stop payment I made with the bank .
I carry two insurance for 2 month now .

With this they must go to court , for this irresponsible service , I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
I would share this experience with all community every where for the damage they make .

I expected a phone call from them … its seems they don’t care .

Look for another home insurance company! They will deny your claim even though you have clear hail damage. They sent an adjustor and that guy said that our roof and my in-law’s roof have hail damage, and we will get a new roof. We get denied. They sent an engineer, also confirming that we have hail damage but stating that the damage does not affect the integrity of the roof and they will not replace it. We have two roofing contractors to confirm that we have hail damage and that it should be replaced.

My husband was able to come from out of state and file a claim on our house from a matter that happend 2 Years ago and he wasn’t even here at that time. This place issued him a check in a couple of days and he took off with it. The home won’t get repaired and the insurance will lapse on the house because the repairs not getting fixed. My husband was able to able to just get the check put in his name, from what I could see and from what my husband told me. This ….insurance company told me it was made out to both of us . If that is the case then that’s fraudulent if he signed my name. I have left messages withe insurance adjuster with no calls back. I left message also with the supervisor from wisconsin with no return call back. I had reached him only to be treated so rudely trying to have a conversation with him and a room full of people talking in the background. Im warning people to PLEASEstay away from from this company they are absolutely horrible!!
