I call them up because I thought my policy was cancelled and I was looking for quotes. I explain that to the 2 guys that I spoke to. I spent 45 mins on the phone with them getting the most ridiculously expensive quotes only to find out that my policy is active. They knew that from the start and didn’t tell me until I started asking questions about the expensive quotes. He says ” the cheapest is Ocean Harbour but you already have a an active policy with them” I was shocked I wasn’t told that from the beginning. They spent 45 minutes trying to sell me the most expensive ridiculous policy knowing I have an active policy. Don’t truth these people!!!!!!
