It’s a locally owned business and after doing some stuff oonline out of laziness I realized I had no idea what my coverage was, no one to explain it really. Barbara is great. They all are!

I used to be a customer with Express Auto awhile ago for many years, and now that I’m back in Massachusetts I was relieved to see they were still here! When I bought insurance online I did not know what I was doing so it took me twice as long. Plus to call your online company you go through automated push button hell and get a different person everreally.if you get in an accident or actually NEED to use the insurance i ha e learned the hard way it pays to have a local agent who you can call to help. At Express Auto they know the laws pertaining to Massachusetts regarding insurance and all the coverage that will pertain to you personally. So glad to see them again. They even remembered me and just so much more efficient than online

Very rude and unfriendly people in this 2 person office. Have made the mistake of staying with them for way too long. Every single interaction with them has been awful with NO real customer service. Advise to read other online reviews of this place and look elsewhere.
