Fallon Health Customer Reviews:
Mark Collins
I was healthcare proxy for my Dad who had Insurance administered by Fallon. As such I needed to work with Fallon to arrange for various services from doctors and other healthcare providers while Dad was getting home care and then skilled nursing facility care. Throughout the last year, Fallon provided exemplary customer service for all matters that I had to interface with them for. I was truly impressed with both the professionalism and true caring Fallon provided to my Dad and family.

By far the worst insurance I have ever had. They have done so much damage to my health. Everything my doctor orders these people deny. I go without necessary medical care constantly.

I’m a senior that needed help with adding Dental Insurance to my Fallon Health Plan. Tom, a great employee at Fallon, helped explain the different levels of Fallon Medicare Plus plans – the levels each plan. He emailed me directly a PDF of the levels, along with directing to the plans online. I’ve been a Fallon member for years and have been more than happy with my doctors, nurses, admin, etc.
Note: Dental Insurance for Seniors is necessary with today’s dentists. He confirmed my dentist is part of the dental network. Having good dental care is important – many seniors don’t have dental insurance after retiring or leaving a company as it’s not like the old days.

I’ve had all of em, Tufts, BCBS, HP, PPO’s, HMO’s, an earlier version of Fallon. Fallon 365 is BY FAR the best health insurance I’ve ever had. I use the Reliant system and the two have been seamless.

There’s a handful of things about this job offer she does not state during her interviews. Yes Myaa Fallon will assist in paying for Xcel Solutions certification and training; however, the additional fees thereafter. Final exam was $35 and you pay as well for your own background check. If you can not get your testing down within 3 days due to “availability”, you will be expected to fill all the rest of her training along with studying for your final exam. She tells you, you can work part time and is available during your interview, then turn around and go to the conferences for her meetings and realize in order to exceed in any level, a ridiculous quota needs to be met. Or it doesn’t look good on you, thus being in a probability being removed from the agency. This isn’t no 9-5, Monday threw Friday position! You do the training for 6 weeks. You are there from there from 8am-8/9pm trying to keep up with “all” the training. Another issue that rolled over me…I am single mother that doesn’t have alot of members in our family, so it difficult to find someone to watch my child. Myaa’s assistant, Sharaine; stated I should lock my child in her bedroom if I wished to take the final exam at home. 😐🤨 I don’t know what country that girl is from, but here in the United States that is an inhumane act (especially to 4 year old) let alone, AGAINST the Law! After everything I just said, I tried to meet up after our touch base call, (also recommended twice a week), Myaa was to busy to speak to me. SO, here’s my review and my experience working under that agency. Again, training is 6 weeks “and you don’t get paid for it.”
