I had been with Farmers Insurance awhile back and unfortunately after my former agent left and they switch me agents I had a really bad experience with them, so I stopped my policies and business with Farmers. Fastfoward to today my insurance policy with the other company ended and I was looking for the samething just with a bit more professional help and more coverage for a decent price. I got recommended by a great friend of mine to try Adriana Fregoso’s Insurance practice. I was a little hesitant at first because I saw it was farmer’s insurance and like I said my experience hadn’t been the best. However, when I called Eduardo Rosa’s answered the phone quickly went above and beyond to helped me get insured with them. & Not only was he really patient and professional to answer all my questions but he also helped me find the best coverage for my car insurance. He went step by step on making sure I was getting the best deals and quoting for the type of car that I have and I quickly realized I was going to be in good hands. I am happy to know that all of my questions were answered and that I will be getting great coverage on my car, a great deal on payments with my insurance and a reliable agent to help me out. I applied and got quoted yesterday and by this morning I was already insured with Farmers. My husband and I have had horrible experiences with our last insurance company Bristol West. Daniella from Farmers helped us all she could for the past month trying to make things right. Her and Marc have helped us get out of that horrible Auto insurance agreement and even provided us with a better deal with Farmers and cheaper! She was beyond helpful and caring, she shared our frustrations and did all she could and didn’t disappoint.
When things were on the right track she handed us over to Marc. This guy kept in touch with us almost everyday, was patient with us, helped us get the ball rolling and showed incredible care and understanding. He went out of his way just as she did to make this happen ASAP and for that we are grateful and don’t think we will ever leave Farmers now! They have blessed us beyond what they could ever know and words cannot express how amazing Marc’s attention to detail and cares how our experience was going as his priority and gave the best customer service! This is what most insurance places are missing and need to get back to it! If your here to see if Farmers is for you, trust me when I say…yes they are!!
