I have been a customer for about a decade. Recently I purchased a new to me vehicle(2017), which meant an update to my current policy. I have not purchased a vehicle since 1999! I was concerned about the changes, but felt very supported by the quick return on information ( which gave the impression that it was easy for them, which I’m sure it was). Something that would give me anxiety, as paperwork eludes me. So it felt like it was easy to update the policy and I appreciated that. Sticking around for the long haul!

I have worked with this agency for over a decade, they are great. This week, my last child in the nest, passed his driver’s skills test to become a fully licensed driver. This also came with adding him to my auto insurance policy. I knew it would be spendy, but was not prepared for the shock of their first quote of over 3x MORE than my current policy. However, the wonderful agent Susan, took some time look at other possibilities, then came back the next day with a wonderfully better option. This new option took into consideration my great record and longevity with Farmers to give us a policy that turned out to be LESS than twice the cost of the policy I had previously alone. Thank you!!

Brian and his staff are incredible to work with! They are always very friendly and willing to help any way they can! Went above and beyond when I issues regarding health insurance for my children. And last May I had a flood in my home and they were very helpful to answer any questions and get the work done in a timely manner!
