What difference it makes having a real agent looking out for you. I was hit by a drunk driver, which was stressful enough. I was able to reach Dawn and her team, not a phone system that you keep yelling “real person please” at the phone. She put everything in motion to care for my needs. Because Dawn Adams had carefully guided me in putting my policy together, I only had to worry about getting better. Farmers looked after of me, Dawn looked after me. Dawn covers all the bases and is very thorough. She covered our trailer so we’ll we were up and running a month after it was totalled. A direct new replacement we would not have been able to afford (inflation) the difference between the cash value and the new one. Dawn ensured we were covered 100% and had everything we needed to be back on the road. The rest of the team supporting her was professional and quick to get anything I needed!

I recently cancelled my insurance with her I sent her multiple requests to cancel my policy and my new insurance agent also sent her multiple requests to cancel. To make a long story short it’s been 6 months now and I’ve been sent to collections over $76 dollars that wasn’t even my fault. I would highly recommend shopping else where:
