I needed to make a few changes and consolidate two of the policies into one policy. I sent at least 10 emails that no response was given. I made multiple phone calls trying to give them the benefit of the doubt when it comes to the switch and understanding my businesses.
When I called to make changes, I was told I would receive a call back but never did. I gave them over a month to consolidate some policies and make some small changes that I was trying to make across a couple of the policies. They literally never did anything that I asked them to do. The only thing they were able to do was tell me they would look into it and call me back at a later date. I’m still waiting for that phone call multiple months later.
If I could Give negative stars I would. I couldn’t pull my policies from this agency fast enough. If you want anything other than real bad customer service, don’t go with these guys. If you want to get ignored, then yes this is the agency for you.
