I have not even had Farmers insurance for more than 6 months and I can’t even brag enough about how helpful my agent Hanna, has been to me. This is with zero exaggeration… I don’t know what I did to deserve such a good agent but she is the absolute sweetest to me and doesn’t treat me like a random customer she genuinely cares and goes out of her way with reminders. I have been with farmers for the last 15-20 years. They have exceptional customer service and are always a phone call away when I need them. Everyone is so helpful and Justine is amazing! They don’t have an (800) number its a regular phone number with a real person on the other end. We are extremely pleased with the speed at which they take care of our needs. I would definitely recommend them to everyone!

I worked as a temp for Hanan doing secretary/receptionist duties and it was a great experience. She was really nice, patient, and helpful, and so was her other employee Justine. Hanan taught me so much about insurance and knowledge about my own coverages. Being there showed me how important insurance (home, life, car, etc.) really is, and how essential it is to understand it and plan efficiently. I really felt like I was a contribution and a part of the team, and felt that Hanan cared about her customers and the experiences they had with her and her team, which was really important to me. I’m glad I could contribute while I could. Definitely an employer who I felt cared about her employees and their success and would go back to work for her again if she needed me.
