I came here to get my TSA precheck done and some kind ladies told me to come back in for a walk in appointment the next week. I did so, and I was met with the most rude and disrespectful receptionist I have ever come across. I’ve worked with the general public for a while, and I could tell she was treating me as if I were stupid and didn’t understand what I had heard the week before. She told me there would be 0 chance that I could get my TSA precheck with them and made no effort to help me rectify the situation. I will never get Farmers insurance, just because of this rude woman. I suggest progressive. They’ve always been nice!

This agency responded quickly to my claim by promptly sending out an adjuster and roofing consultant. My claim was quickly adjudicated within a matter of days. I was kept informed during each step of the process and the agents ensured that I understood the claims process, providing all documents related to the claim in a timely manner. I believe my claim was fairly adjudicated and also was pleased with the availability of electronic deposits of final amounts. All involved were knowledgeable, respectful and courteous, taking great care to address all of my concerns, no matter how small. I would highly recommend this agency as they exceeded my expectations.

Mary Huffman I just want express my experience with Tim F. with life insurance side I called this last week and the gentleman that always answers the phone is so nice and he enjoys his job with dealing with people I told him what I needed he transferred me to Tim F. He asked how he could help me and he has been the best person that I have come in contact with. He took the time and was not in a hurry. He is very smart kind and enjoys helping people and he is very personal and does not rush you off the phone He goes the extra mile for people Number one He loves God and he has a wonderful wife and family If I did not understand something he explained it to me He is always wanting to help people save money if he can I let him know the situation about my life policy and he was right on it took care of it. Anytime I need to text him for something he would text me back. Mary you need more people like Tim working for farmers. So thank you again for Tim he is a blessing to me through farmers.
