I am a customer of your office. You took over my account from a previous agent. Since you took over my payments continuously change. Ie: personal account started paying my business account, de-enrollment of auto pay, cancellation of my personal home policy without being notified by your office or farmers. My mortgage company called and told me. You have yet to get back with me to get auto pay set back up. It appears your office is either horribly managed and disorganized, or you just don’t pay attention to the needs of your customers. Our emails back and forth and attempted phones calls have been documented. And now that I’ve been on the phone with corporate, I found out I wasn’t insured on my own vehicle policy. My wife was, but some other person was on my insurance I was paying for! Not to mention when I asked why my prices went up you advised because national rates went up, come to find out, all my discounts were taken off! This is horrible considering I was in contact with you once a month questioning issues and you assuring me everything was being taken care of.

Came in for a quote and got hit over the head nearly for 2,000$ just for a non owners insurance (30 day coverage) to get license reinstated , was given no other options but to me it seemed like she was trying to get a good cut , went across the street to LA RAZA and walked out with the temporary insurance for less then 200$ do your research before coming into this place you will be out of a lot of money if you don’t know anything , I did my research and found out how shady these people really are . Btw it seemed like the one who gave me the 2,000$ quote was the boss/owner of this farmers . Wish I could rate it negative 5 stars

Highly unprofessional agent. I attempted to get a quote via email for my father, who has multiple vehicles and properties. Instead of providing us with a quote, Mayra’s single reply was “he might be better off at Shelter”. Really appalled to the point that I was compelled to leave this review.
